Costa Rican real estate deals are a scam?
I have been receiving emails saying about the land in Costa Rica, which is for sale. the company seeking investors is also the builders and developers. who say that after taking the tMoNeY investmen 3 to 5 and build brick houses room the land value will sky rocket in just a few years. who claim to be on the basis of ocean front land within the boundaries of the city. Has anyone else received these emails? sounds like a good investment. How does this scam? I mean, if I bought the land in the us, near the ocean and built a house there, sold more than invested, why not in Costa Rica?
