Best beach in Costa Rica?
I want to stay in a tourist beach in Costa Rica and Jaco or tamarindo, however, want to know what is more water blue, and the whitest sand. Moreover, whatever the beach has plenty of activities like snorkeling restaurants, things like that. If the tourist sites dont post, I know from personal experience. Thanks!
That the best beaches I depend on the willingness and ability are "nuisance". Jaco is more of a surfing destination. If you are looking for a relaxing swim in the water, look elsewhere. Water has serious hangover that will catch you if you're not careful. I did nothing Tamarindo that while I was there but had some friends who really enjoyed it. For a good eco-friendly tourism place, check out Manuel Antonio National Park. It has some good beaches and nature walks really good and canopy tours. Hotels are decent, but you will find nothing out of 5 stars. For restaurants and the like, is better you can do is check out an all-terrain included, such as 5-Seasons Resort. After spending 6 weeks in Costa Rica, one I'd like to Curu (on the side of Pacific). It is a privately owned nature preserve with a private beach. They have been building an artificial reef for marine life over the past 10 years more or less, so diving should be good. They have the coolest little houses on the beach that rent of only $ 20 per night (no electricity, though). As I said, depends on the will are going to rough it. If you are looking for a resort-type setting, see the all inclusive, although not really have the true experience of Costa Rica. Note that the sporty surfing beaches will be on the side of the Pacific, and the best beaches for diving, clear waters and white sand will be on the side of the Atlantic. Good luck!
