I have to sell my Propereties of Costa Rica but I did not find anyone interested What to do?
Most properties that are for sale and end up being sold are on the Pacific side Unfortunetly Iam in the Caribbean at the top of the Multilateral Trade Negotiations Talamanca with a great view with a gentle breeze. My house is 2 story concrete and wood frame structure with water transferred and 14 solar panels / batteries / inverter for all the house of my electrical needs.The sits on a plot of 12.5 hectares cleared / fenced / entitled regestered in Zapote, a suburb of San Jose, Costa Rica.House It was built in 1983.
With all that rabble in the Caribbean side can not be given to me for free. Thanks
