
Volunteer at the National Board for Children (PANI) in Costa Rica
National Children's Trust (PANI) is the organization in Costa Rica that protects rights of children and adolescents. This includes rights to health, education, justice, labor, culture and recreation, and the right to a safe and healthy family life. In order to protect these rights, the PANI is involved in a number of initiatives. Operate shelters and help fund day care centers across the country, act as mediators between children and the justice system, removing children from abusive homes and placed in foster homes or in shelters, hostels and monitor adoptions.The PANI need the help of volunteers because they care for large populations of children who need support. These children are not able to live with their families and for various reasons so every time you can give them is appreciated. Even playing with them or talk to them makes a big difference in the lives of these children.
Volunteers must be over age 20 or older with minimum education of graduation. Volunteers with the following special skills are preferred The position: – Youth Occupational hazard Leadership Programming Recreational Programming Program Proposal Social Work Student Psychologist Psychology Student Writing Day Work
Volunteers can help by doing the following tasks: –
1. Playing with children. 2. Assist with the rights of the school. 3. Education English. 4. The practice of outdoor activities. 5. Helping caregivers with daily activities (children food, clothing, etc.).
San Isidro de El General is south of the largest and most important city of San Jose. Often as San Isidro, Perez Zeledon, or just Perez. It is located in a General valley created by the Rio and has become a center for agriculture, tourism and transport.

The city is located along the Pan American Highway, so it's easy to get anywhere the country of San Isidro. The city has a large center with a variety of supermarkets, banks, restaurants and shops and focuses on the great cathedral and Central Park.
There is also a shopping center along the Inter-American theaters, just south of San Isidro, with shops, restaurants, and movie.
